For fast, smooth processing and a 100% refund:

a.) place the delivery note or invoice inside the return package

b.) return the items exclusively in their original packaging and placed inside an outer shipping box

c.) processing returns is a top priority for us. However, the process involves significantly more manual work—and therefore takes more time—than the initial shipment of goods. In rare cases, it may take up to 7 business days from the time we receive your return until the purchase price is refunded to you (via the same payment method used for the order). We ask for your understanding....
