Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the following instructions, you have a right of withdrawal only if you are a consumer. Under Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods; or, in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered in a single order but delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement sent via email. You may use the model withdrawal form displayed on the website under the menu item "Model Withdrawal Form" for this purpose. Alternatively, you may notify us of your withdrawal via an informal email referencing your invoice or order number. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. a.) place the delivery note or invoice inside the return package
b.) return the items exclusively in their original packaging and with an additional outer shipping carton
c.) processing returns is a top priority for us. However, the process involves significantly more manual work and is therefore more time-consuming than the initial shipment of goods. In rare cases, it may take up to 7 business days between the receipt of your return and the refund of the purchase price (issued via the same payment method used for the order). Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods; in the case of goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, these costs amount to a maximum of EUR 80. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
