IMPORTANT / INFO:

A winch rope is wound onto or off the brake drum.
This means that when the winch is stopped or braked, friction occurs within the rope drum, which is transferred to the winch rope as a significant amount of heat.
The first few metres of the winch rope are therefore subject to particular stress, as they rest directly on the hot rope drum and are thus directly exposed to the heat radiated from it – which is why our rope is made of Kevlar precisely in these first few metres, offering the greatest possible heat resistance.
Only a special fibre made from extremely heat-resistant material guarantees heat dissipation and thus the rope’s long service life.
Single-component synthetic ropes cannot do this and wear out considerably faster!

• With 1.5 m of additional protective sheathing at the start of the rope (after the tubular thimble)
• Fitted with a 35 mm cable lug at the end of the rope, including heat-shrink tubing
• Designed for winches with high pulling force, regardless of whether a large or small rope drum is fitted!
• Designed for winches with internal and/or external rope drums
• The 6 metres of special-fibre rope are also sufficient for winches with particularly large drums, e.g. WARN ZEON
• The rope’s markings are protected from damage by an additional heat-shrink sleeve
