TREKFINDER wheel spacer kit for INEOS Grenadier + 66 millimetres (2 axles)

Wheel track widening by 66 mm achieved by fitting spacer rings to the front and rear axles, or to the rear axle only, in combination with alloy wheels or standard INEOS Grenadier steel wheels.

The following vehicles are approved according to the TÜV parts certificate:

The following wheel/tyre combinations are approved according to the TÜV parts certificate:

> 265/70R17 with 7.5x17
> 255/70R18 with 8.0x18

Contents:

• 4 aluminium wheel spacers, black anodised 
• 1 set of fixing nuts
• 1 set of fitting and care instructions
• 1 TÜV type-approval certificate

Installation instructions:

The thread engagement length of all fasteners must be at least 7.5 turns (M14x1.5).
Ensure that the stud bolts are of sufficient length.
The bolted-on spacer rings are secured to the vehicle using the fasteners supplied by the spacer ring manufacturer (M14x1.5 tapered shank). The standard wheels are secured using the standard fasteners.
The standard stud bolts may protrude slightly (up to 2 mm) beyond the wheel mounting surface of the spacer rings. When used in conjunction with the standard Ineos steel wheels or alloy wheels without ‘casting pockets’ – which are capable of accommodating the standard stud bolts and nuts protruding beyond the wheel mounting surface – the standard stud bolts must be shortened slightly. The minimum screw-in length of 7.5 turns for all fasteners must be maintained.

Requirements for wheel covers:

Adequate coverage of the wheel/tyre combination must be ensured by fitting protruding and permanently attached wheel cover extensions with a width of 35 mm.

# Our extension, item no. 9705-35600U, would be suitable for this purpose....it is best to order the matching mounting bolts, item no. 9705-SB, at the same time.

# The protruding wheel arch extensions must be fitted within a range of 30 degrees forwards and 50 degrees backwards from the vertical centre line of the wheel.

Notes on the modification:

There are no technical objections to the use of standard or other wheel/tyre combinations up to the above-mentioned (limit) wheel/tyre combinations in conjunction with the described spacer rings, provided the following conditions are met:

- Separate, suitable technical reports are available for the wheel/tyre combinations and the conditions specified therein are complied with. In addition, the above-mentioned conditions must be observed and applied where necessary
. – When using other wheel/tyre combinations, their suitability (clearance, handling, etc.) must be checked or verified separately.
- There are no technical objections to the additional use of tested suspension lowering or raising kits (with component certificates or general type approval). In the case of suspension modifications involving non-standard end stops, the suitability of the conversion must be separately verified or demonstrated.
