TREKFINDER lift kit for SUZUKI Jimny I Type FJ | lift height approx. 55 millimetres | 5-way adjustable damping
The suspension and shock absorbers are supplied from the factory in the most comfortable damping setting (open).
Ideal for vehicles driven daily both on and off-road without additional weight.
Smooth damping of bumps, tarmac edges, potholes, kerbs etc. WITHOUT feeling spongy!
For applications and requirements where stiffer shock absorbers are advisable (e.g. roof racks, winches, camping conversions, etc.), the KONI shock absorber offers 5 stiffness settings to allow for individual adjustment to a firmer setting! The differences between the settings are clearly noticeable whilst driving. In our opinion, there’s a suitable setup for every application :)

Tips/info

- towing a trailer is permitted. The permitted height of the tow ball must be observed
– for levelling, e.g. when fitting a winch, the TREKFINDER 10 mm spring spacer rings (item no. No. 1-FDR10 (the spacer rings are not intended for the additional height increase to 65 mm!!!)

You do not require adjustable Panhard rods with our suspension system; we do not stock them and have no plans to do so! We are also not aware of any manufacturer that produces these with TÜV component certificates! We will NOT answer or deal with any enquiries regarding this!

Question:
“…as I drive very long distances across the desert (200-litre fuel tanks, 200 litres of water, etc.), the demands on the shock absorbers vary enormously depending on the fill level of the huge tanks, and I’m looking for a suspension for my Jimny suitable for this kind of use…”
Answer:
Unfortunately, we do not have a suspension system in our range for these purposes!
In other words, given this high payload and the significant fluctuations in load, we cannot recommend any suspension system with a clear conscience!
In principle, the Jimny is NOT designed for this type of load.
We can accommodate some additional operating conditions using our heavy-duty spring on the rear axle, but it’s still a Jimny… and its physical capabilities are limited.
