Description
Spring Spacer Ring / Spacer / Trim Packer / TREKFINDER lift ring for SUZUKI Jimny I & II + 10 millimetres in red – for levelling the front and/or rear axle
Suitable for all Jimny models on the front and rear axles:
- Jimny II types GJ & HJ from 2018 onwards >
- Jimny I Type FJ up to > 2018
- For the front axle spring
- For the rear axle spring
- 10 millimetre lift
SCOPE OF DELIVERY:
1 x TREKFINDER polyurethane spring spacer ring marked with the TREKFINDER logo + FDR10 in red
NOTE:
The spacer rings are listed in the TÜV® parts certificate for our TREKFINDER Jimny II complete suspension kit (40 mm) and Jimny I suspension kit (55 mm) and can therefore be fitted as an option, one per spring.
There is no general TÜV® parts certificate, nor is one included in the scope of delivery.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fit between the upper spring end and the
spring seat – ensure the brake line is of
sufficient length – ensure the shock absorber is of sufficient length –
check the headlamp
alignment – observe the permissible
height of the coupling ball
- If load-dependent headlamp levelling is fitted (e.g. with LED lights), this must be checked and, if necessary, adjusted or modified/extended
- If, due to the altered vehicle geometry, a re-- re-alignment or re-calibration of the driver assistance system’s sensors is required due to the changed vehicle geometry, this must be carried out in accordance with the
vehicle manufacturer’s specifications- For vehicles with a load-dependent brake pressure regulator, this must be readjusted to the unladen level (in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications)
– once the conversion has been completed, the vehicle’s wheel alignment must be measured and, if necessary, corrected in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications
