• Suitable for steel and alloy wheels

• It is necessary to fit an additional width extension to the existing fender flares extension, as the tyres protrude and this is required according to the TÜV® parts certificate

Fender extension details:

• Fitting is carried out by gluing the extension in place and then securing it with screws from below to the standard extensions. The required set of screws is included in the delivery. Adhesive alone is only effective to a limited extent or not permanently, as the standard extension does not have a smooth surface and the adhesive strip cannot make full contact. The screws are easy to fit and do not detract from the appearance. If screwing is absolutely not an option, the use of additional mounting adhesive may prove successful (we have had very good experience with the manufacturer/product from SIKA®/Sikaflex®).

• Fitting is carried out using a 3M adhesive strip, which is already attached to the extension; to fit, simply peel off the protective film
• We use 3M adhesive tape type 4222, specially developed for automotive surfaces, to attach our extensions

Note from the TÜV® report:

- A permanent wheel arch extension must be fitted at an angle of 30 degrees at the front and 50 degrees at the rear (relative to the vertical central axis of the wheel).
- There are no technical objections to the use of wheel/tyre combinations other than those mentioned above. Suitability must be checked or verified separately.
