The use of these wheel spacers is approved for the following wheel sizes, specifications and notes:

NOTES and REQUIREMENTS:

A1)
The thread engagement length of all fasteners must be at least 7.5 turns (M14x1.5).
Ensure that the stud bolts are of sufficient length.
The bolted-on spacer rings are secured to the vehicle using the fasteners supplied by the spacer ring manufacturer (tapered collar wheel nuts).
The standard wheels are secured using the standard fasteners.
Particular care must be taken to ensure that the length of the stud bolts within the spacer rings (free thread length above the wheel mounting surface) corresponds to the length of the standard stud bolts, which is approx. 28 mm (front/rear).

A2)
To ensure sufficient tyre clearance on axle 1, the inner surfaces of the fender flaress
in the wheel arch area may need to be reworked when the steering is turned to full lock.

H1)
The suitability of snow chains has not been tested.

H2)
There are no technical objections to the use of standard or other wheel/tyre combinations up to the (limit) wheel/tyre combinations specified above in conjunction with the spacer rings described, provided the following conditions are met:
Separate, suitable technical reports are available for the wheel/tyre combinations and the requirements set out therein are complied with. In addition, the above-mentioned requirements must be observed and applied where necessary.
When using other wheel/tyre combinations, their suitability (clearance, handling, etc.) must be checked or verified separately.
Use of the spacer rings on the front and rear axles or only on the rear axle.
There are no technical objections to the additional use of tested suspension lowering or raising kits (with component certificates or general type approval).
In the case of suspension lowering kits with non-standard end stops, the suitability of the modification must be separately verified or demonstrated.
Use of spacer rings on both the front and rear axles, or on the rear axle only. It is also possible to combine spacer rings of different widths on the front and rear axles. For example:
Axle 1 with 20 mm wide spacer rings and Axle 2 with 30 mm wide spacer rings.
On Axle 2, always use wider spacer rings than on Axle 1.

H3)
All fasteners must be checked using a suitable torque wrench after approximately 100 km of driving.

H4)
The instructions in the spacer ring manufacturer’s fitting guide must be followed.
The fitting of spacer rings is not permitted if the diameter of the spacer rings is smaller than the diameter of the wheel’s mounting surface.
Spacer rings are not approved for use with steel wheels.

H5)
With regard to track width changes of more than +2%, a laboratory report confirming sufficient structural integrity is available and has been filed (you do not need to worry about this) :

H6)
The bolted 20 to 30 mm wide spacer rings have been tested up to a wheel load of 1,000 kg.

H7)
Also permitted with standard wheel/tyre combinations with LT tyre designation.

H8)
Only for use in conjunction with alloy wheels featuring appropriate ‘cast recesses’ capable of accommodating the standard studs or nut heads that protrude beyond the wheel mounting surface.
The standard studs may need to be shortened.
The minimum screw-in length of 7.5 turns for all fasteners must be maintained.

EA/EB)
Specifications for wheel arch
extensions: Front axle: “Y” 5 mm / “Z” 5 mm
; Rear axle: “Y” 5 mm / “Z” 5 mm

The “Y”-type wheel arch extensions must be fitted at an angle of 30 degrees forwards relative to the vertical centreline of the wheel.
The wheel arch extensions marked ‘Z’ must be fitted within a range of 50 degrees towards the rear relative to the vertical centreline of the wheel.
Adequate wheel coverage may also be achieved, where necessary, by widening the fender flaress or lowering the vehicle.
The total width of the conversion combination must be covered within the above-mentioned range, whilst taking into account the tyre’s maximum permissible operating dimension (1.04 times the tyre’s nominal width).
